I started experimenting when I saw a recipe for a cucumber and avocado salad and here is what I came up with:
It's super simple, cooked shrimp chopped up, tiny tomatoes quartered, half of a cucumber peeled and chopped, lastly guacamole mixed with a little bit of mayo to make it smooth and creamy.
Mmm, delicious!
Sounds perfect, and would work with crabmeat too. Guess what I'm having for lunch?!
