Sunday Inspirations

Bath and Body Inspirations:

Soothing Citrus Body Wash sounds nice.

Craft Inspirations:

I know this is super late, but it looks so awesome. . . Natural Dyed Easter Eggs.

Paleo Recipes:

These Green Apple and Coconut Treats sound odd, but I would like to try these.

Chicken Artichoke Soup with Basil sounds delicious.

I have never had duck before, but as with everything, I assume it tastes similar to chicken. This Roasted Duck Breast with Orange Ginger Dipping Sauce looks and sounds good.

I tried to make leeks a while ago and failed horribly because I didn't know enough about how to clean and cook them. This Leeks Vinaigrette sounds good and gives tips on how to clean and cook them, so I'm ready to try them again.

My husband loves lamb and loves cherries, so I am thinking about making these Kofta Meatballs with Sweet and Sour Cherry Sauce . . . maybe it'll even make me like lamb.

Simple, but sounds good Marinated Flank Steak.

Gluten-Free Recipes:

I love the principal of these Lebanese Roasted Stuffed Onions. I would most likely make these paleo, but oddly enough I never thought of stuffed onions. Going to have to make these soon.

Recipes:

Mmm, Balsamic Roast Beef sounds super delicious. Would make at least a gluten-free version, if not Paleo version.

  1. Green apple and coconut? I like both, so why not?

Yesterday at the knitting retreat, a crocheter shared eggs she'd crocheted that she and her nephew then dyed. We were all fascinated by after-making dyeing of eggs...

  2. While they leave them whole in that recipe, if you are going to dice them the easiest way to clean them is to dice them all up and put them in a large bowl of water. All the dirty will fall to the bottom.
