Spinach Artichoke Dip Pasta - - sounds yummy, especially if the noodles are subbed with rice noodles or it is stuffed inside a chicken breast.

I have never managed to make myself wear an apron in the kitchen, though goodness knows I probably should! Looks like a fun project!
