Food Friday
Another package gluten-free review. I tried this because the back gives multiple ways to try to make it. Different textures, cake vs fudge-like, etc. These were good, even the boy liked them. I used the traditional oil method that was listed first. I think we will probably try these again and see how some of the other ways to make them work out.

This is all baked up and it was good. Very rich though, smaller portions are definitely better. Falls apart kind of good.

Oh, those look great! Reminds me... I have a low sugar box brownie mix for the Knight...
