Well I did a good job with the sugars this week. I had ice cream once. Drank almost no pop and treated myself to some clearance peeps, but that was all.
Weight: 274.4 (-3.6lbs)
Exercise: 2 days I walked home, 1 day I did 20 minutes of arm exercises with weights.
Salads: Everyday but 1
Good week this week. My body felt better without as many sugars. Getting a decent amount of sleep is still a struggle, but I am working on it. That is going to be my focus for this coming week.
I am also going to up my goal to 4 days of exercise for the week.
