Good girl! I used to LOVE to do stairs. In fact, that was my favorite workout, when I was stuck at work for 24 hours. I'd go run the five-story (I think?) hose tower for 30-60 minutes... no wonder I never had a weight problem then, eh?
Those look like uninspiring stairs to climb. Good for you, doing it anyway!
