Do you remember Stick Horses?!?!? I so do, if my nieces and nephew were closer, I would so make each of them one . . . I’m not sure they’d last in the postal system. Maybe next time we go to visit, if I have time, I can make the horses with them.
Recipes I’d like to try:
I miss Jalapeno Poppers, but these Baked Stuffed Jalapenos might be a good substitute. I also might try them with milder peppers for the husband. I think this is a definite this week.

ReplyDeleteI've tried just stuffing jalapeno halves with cream cheese and wrapping (half) a piece of bacon around them and then baking. Yum. I should make them again to use up the jalapenos if they are still good.
