Mexican Lasagna sounds goo and would be easy to make a gluten free version!
Chicken Pot Pie Crumble sounds like a wonderful idea. Of course I would use a
gluten free flour, probably King Arthurs’ as I am loving it recently.
Creamy Chicken Spaghetti Casserole sounds super delicious . . . are we sensing a theme here?
I like the idea of a journal quilt, though I'm not sure that I'll get around to doing one. Too many hobbies, not enough time!
