My mother's doll 9/14/06

Here is a cloth doll I made for my mother. The actual doll pattern is a pattern my mother gave me a long time ago when i was around 11 or so, maybe even earlier, can't remember. Anyhow, dress pattern was hand made. All items were hand sewn, including the yarn hair on the head. I also dyed the yarn. I love making dolls and my mother had lost one she had gotten from her grandmother, so I tried to make this one look a little older in material choice.
